How Do I Clean Them?

For a deeper clean (about once a week):
- Toss it on the top rack of your dishwasher
- Throw it in with your regular laundry (warm cycle, lay flat or low heat dry)
- Microwave it damp for 60 seconds to sanitize

How Long Do They Actually Last?
