Simply email us at hello@harpsandseb.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack up the item(s) and drop it off at your nearest shipping location. That's it!
No! We stand behind our products 100%. Whether you've opened the package or not, you can return your items within 30 days. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Absolutely! If you'd prefer a different design or product, just let us know when you email us at hello@harpsandseb.com. We'll arrange the exchange for you.
All Harps&Seb products come with a lifetime warranty. If your product has a manufacturing defect or doesn't hold up as expected during normal use, we'll replace it free of charge. Just reach out to us at hello@harpsandseb.com with a photo and description of the issue.
